Contrasting oval inlay work in the door, and box
Movement has all the desireable American trait's.
Look at the fancy front plate workmanship, and the sand cast plates.
Original pendulum, and original tin can weights.
Seatboard is stamped T. Chandler.
Movement hand cleaned (plates not polished)
all pivots, and bushings burnished
Escapment degroved, polished, drops closed
Height: 7' 8"
width at top: 20 1/4 inches
width at feet: 18 3/4 inches
depth at top: 10 1/4 inches

Movement has been gently cleaned, not polished. All pivots and bushings have been burnished,
pallets have been degrooved, polished, and closed.

This is the cast iron chunks, and sand from inside the original tin can weights

Top was loose, so I just had to peek inside
no treasures found...
